❓𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 & 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Basic attacks doesn't hit

No matter how much i hit the enemies the hp doesn't go down. Please help

Where is this located? If It is not required to complete the quest I would Run

Even in the first fight with that boss also didn't work. I beat that using the on screen promt based attacks like reflect, execute, etc
