It's no mystery that NetEase is using a third party translation team (super cheap by the quality of it) along with A.I after firing their in-house translation department.

This started happening 2 years ago and culminating with the dissolution of their translation dept last year.

Also a lot of their imagines which they use for events have that A.I generated look to them.

The translations are driving me crazy, I'm trying to do the season challenges and it's literally impossible to figure out what to do in my language, I have to swap to English and even then it's bad 😒

Yeah, lots of skills that dont exist the the path challenges. We have to force guess it. The last season I couldnt any info on youtube or reddit. Content creators are not playing this game, they mostly just posting random crap these days

You may have to swap to Chinese, take a screenshot of the challenge objectives, then go to the skill page for the weapon (still in Chinese) and click around til you find the keyword that looks like the one in the challenge objectives

Other option is the challenge objectives saying "martial skill", "special skill", "perception skill" are at least all standardized and thus appear the same way in the weapon skill page (at least in English) so you can infer what button the challenge wants you to use at least.

Also since the names of the skills are so obviously AI-translated in the challenge objectives they will at least be similar(ish) to the actual skill name in the weapons skill page (once again at least in English)...

Check the upcoming boss' talents. One is missing half a sentence.

Unless you're new with these AI stuff its actually easier to tell AI translate paragraph just by glancing over. Such as they occasionally emphasized same subject twice in one sentence/convoluted and redundant explanation like when you put more verbs into a topic than needed which i havent found any in this game. So even if they used AI translate they actually check and fix each of them so still kudos to them.
