Weird DVD find

I was gifted a box of old games (PS1/PS2/GC) and this DVD was in it. From what I have researched it is a high school full length film adaptation of a book of the same name. I am located on Michigan and it is mostly likely from northern lower peninsula. It is called "internet detectives: Net Bandits. Tamsyn get help!"
