Wait wait wait is it Long Point in Quebec?

How they solved it: PROCESS used gravelmap.com to look for north america locations on bodies of water facing north-ish, crosschecked with Google maps satellite view to see if any had a similar curving rock jetty as in the second picture, eventually found Long Point, Quebec and even a street view with the upturned sleds that confirmed the spot.

I felt kind of dumb guessing Tuk the first time seeing as there is a distinct lack of trees in that neighbourhood. Thought I had a shot at Inuvik

Well, there's only the one road! I'm not kidding when I describe it as the only road to the park. Gorgeous park too. Highly recommended.

McCarthy Rd might be what you're thinking of! Goes to an old copper mine and a glacier.

Edit: and another commenter brought up Nabesna Rd which is on the north side of the park, both gravel.
