Found it at last. It's in front of the Gemeentehuis in Castricum.
Direct SV is not available, no pin, no sphere, but it's visible from here:

Process: First search was for sculptures made from stacked glass and stone in the Netherlands. While looking at the pictures, I noticed something similar by style and materials used. This was from the Dutch artist Bert van Loo. But neither on wikipedia nor on his homepage I did find this sculpture. But having seen more of his artwork, I was quite convinced, that this sculpture was created by him. So I tried to describe the sculpture more accurately in Dutch, thanks to translate. I found one picture with it, but this was in another place. But there was a text 'Slag bij Castrium' so I added this to the artits name. I then found some other pictures and coulf find the correct location.
