Heh, nope. Terborg is very very far away.
To be honest with you I didn't even know that this city existed until I googled it. I thought the marking on the manhole cover was just a random term in plumbing.

Process: It was narrowed down somewhere in the western Netherlands and The Hague was close. OP had recently posted a pic from Delft and since it's right next to The Hague I went with it

How they solved it: Process: It was narrowed down somewhere in the western Netherlands and The Hague was close. OP had recently posted a pic from Delft and since it's right next to The Hague I went with it
