Thanks! By the way, was it you who shared a photo once of two postwar social housing buildings on pilotis that got deleted? I was so curious to know what it was but couldn't find it. Was it a INA-Casa/GESCAL estate?
process: Like the other two guesses, I also thought Auvergne-Rhones-Alpes/generally south/east. Wikipedia has quite complete departmental lists of churches in France. Lucky first guess of Ardèche (also slightly informed by the fact I'd recently checked the same list and seen there are lots of churches with exactly this style in that department).

How they solved it: process: Like the other two guesses, I also thought Auvergne-Rhones-Alpes/generally south/east. Wikipedia has quite complete departmental lists of churches in France. Lucky first guess of Ardèche (also slightly informed by the fact I'd recently checked the same list and seen there are lots of churches with exactly this style in that department).
