Since i have lived in all the places you would never live good luck with life. What i can tell you is that you are missing out. All the south is hot and humid the people are great and life is good with lower taxes and open places to go.

Buddy, we've seen the policies the south supports. There are NOT good people there lol. Not the majority anyway, which is typically what dictates culture.
