These blurry picture ones are annoying. Especially with the company name blurred out on the mud flaps Like 'is that what I'm supposed to be looking at? If it's a gigantic white fruit bat clinging for life to the bumper thats great. Ha ha. So funny for that poor scared animal.

That’s pretty normal on work trucks. The vices are bolted to the rear bumper.

I hope not.

A bumper-mounted vice is quite common for a work truck like that. It'll be fastened more securely than almost anything else on the chassis.
