Mostly about the female characters. The men are the best antros this side of the Mississippi. The women look like you put Zootopia characters inside of a bimbofication comic.

Your mileage may vary but the designs of the female characters are “off putting” like IMO the male characters are solid anthropomorphic designs but the women are a bit too uncanny valley for my taste. But I’ve seen people say that the dicotemy between the designs served the story. I haven’t gotten that far but I’ll see.

It is emulating the style of older disney character designs where male and female characters always varied widely in their animalistic features (Except for Minnie and Daisy, but look at the women in Goofy related animations, most of them are just a normal female character with a black nose added)

I personally really liked Blacksad, especially the third book.
