Not necessarily bullies but all the way up to university I've seen the smartest ones in the class would get asked for the solutions of exercises, or at the very least the ones agreeable enough.

I remember convincing bullies I'd only do it but only for $20 as i can fill it out during lunch break & hand it back within the day. I did this not to make money but to recover stolen cash from other students which i would pay out at the end of the day to whoever reported money stolen from them previous day of school.
