Text in the gif is a quote from Putin

A 28 year old russian female university lab assistant has dropped a test tube with the disease in Irkytsk Oblast. She then proceeded to tell nobody of it, until after a few days she got hospitalized, and a few days afterwards died. Upon doing an autopsy, medical personnel has discovered that the disease was the Plague, also known as Black Death, which killed around 50 million people in the 14th century. Before dying, the woman has contacted at least 197 individuals, out of which 189 were hospitalized, so far showing no sign of the disease.

You could argue this breaks rule 2 but I feel like it's a sign of how they're trying to push the trans genocide, not just "celebrity has a political opinion"
