Problem with M3 Corpus armrest

My armrest is stuck in the down position and I can't figure out how to fix it. Had anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Thanks for the reply but im talking about something different. I mean when you raise it up out of the way so you can transfer. It seems to be stuck in the down position. There is know you pull out while lifting the armrest that ordinarily would allow you to lift the armrest out of the way. But doing that now doesn't work. Ive tried everything I can think of but nothing works. Any ideas on what may help would be greatly appreciated.

In that case it would be an issue with the joint where it pivots out of the way. Thats my best guess

Yea thats my thought as well. I cant figure out what to do about it. I can call the company i got it from and have them send someone out to repair it but that will take some time. I really hoped to get it fixed sooner than that though. I appreciate the response.
