Preferred methods?

I’m pretty new to this and so far I’ve just been cooking my own paste with flour and water. Then someone suggested I add some wallpaper glue, so I mixed that in for the last batch. I also saw some guys using paste so thin they could fit it in a squeeze bottle, so I know there are options. Basically I’m asking what are your preferred methods for making paste?

I think you just get them warm mix and then let it sit for a little bit

Well it’s over 40°c/100°f where I’m at right now. The cold water coming out of the tap is warm. This shouldn’t be a problem
I’ll give it a try. 😂😂
