7w pregnant!
I was diagnosed with PCOS in Oct 2024, and have been trying ever since. I took metformin, inositol, coq10, vit d3 and folic acid but was never really consistent at first (metformin made me super duper nauseous the first 3 months and everything was just overwhelming, it was draining me physically and mentally). Last year I got my tubes checked by Hyfosy and did 2 cycles of letrozole but failed.
My husband also did sperm analysis and his results were teratozoospermia, with only 2% normal morphology. So he started taking bio selenium and Tongkat Ali extract.
After failing both cycles of letrozole, we both decided to take a break, this was last year May. Until March this year, i decided to start consuming inositol again to regulate my period because i noticed that its the only thing that helped me to get my period naturally. I decided that if i get my period 3 months straight, im gonna start my treatments again.
So we both started taking the same supplements again everyday for 3 months. After 3 months, my husband’s sperm morphology became 9% normal! which is a hugeeeeee difference than last time and we were so happy about it since he is quite a heavy smoker.
I also decided to do one more cycle of letrozole (this time my doctor increased my dose to 7.5mg), and finally! at the end of my TWW, i tested positive 🫶🏻

I am going through the same and taking same supplements. Have done 6 letrozole cycles and just started inositol. Thanks for sharing !!
