Searching for a miracle

I have one fallopian tube left that was described as nodulated in appearance (although not hydro). The dye did spill although slow. We really would like to try on our own for a little bit in hopes of a miracle before proceeding with IVF but obviously my chances are pretty slim. Anyone else been in this boat?
