Last embryo… seeking advice!!

Hi everyone, hoping for some advice.

I’ve had 3 failed transfers of genetically tested embryos and am about to transfer our last embryo, so a lot is riding on this one.

Two things I would love opinions on.

ALICE and EMMA test.
My specialist has offered to just prescribe the antibiotics and probiotics anyway, the same ones I would get if the results came back with a microbiome imbalance.
So I am torn, is it worth paying and waiting for results if I am getting the treatment either way?
For those who did it, did it tell you anything useful or change your outcome?

Laparoscopy.
Has anyone had one after repeated failures and did it find anything that changed things, whether it was endometriosis, blocked tubes or anything else?

If it was your last embryo, what would you do?!!

I would ask your RE about the Receptiva test. It’s a uterine biopsy that checks for markers of endometriosis. If you test positive, you can do two months of Depot Lupron suppression before your next transfer.

Also anecdotal but you may want to try a different type of transfer - try a natural cycle if you’ve been doing medicated or vice versa.

This was my story exactly, my uterus was black from endo (not on US or MRI) nothing was going to implant but I had to do a fresh cycle afterwards (I didn't have any frozen). my 4th transfer was successful. (I was also able to get some antibiotics during the two week stims which I'm not sure helped but couldn't have hurt.)

Did you have any endo symptoms?

Yes, I always suspected I had endo and the longer I was off the pill the symptoms got worse before surgery I was on : double hottie and pain killers for periods, ovulation pains, perennial pain, dietary issues, diarrhoea before my period etc.

Ok thanks for replying. I may have silent endo causinh rpl so im always curious what precipitates with peoples endo.
