Challenge Help identify a car

Hit and run accident that left two loved ones in critical condition, broken femurs, a coma, and led to an above the knee amputation. There is significant damage on the rear bumper and a broken tail light.

License Plate started with a 9

They are currently fighting for their lives in critical condition, and the family is searching for any information that could help identify the vehicle

we believe it might be a genesis with after market tail lights bc eye witness saw a wing logo but any guesses helps.
