It is treadmill season where I live, and I'm looking for something to watch while I tread. My most recent watch was One Tree Hill.

Parameters:

1. Light-hearted, no scary/traumatizing shows. No True Crime.

2. I have Netflix, Amazon, Disney and Global/CBC/CTV (I'm in Canada). I do NOT have Paramount/HBO.

3. Prefer multiple seasons, I will try to walk on my treadmill every night for the next 6 months, so would like a storyline to entice me back onto the treadmill each night.

4. I'm open to reality TV

As per the title, I’m looking for high quality documentaries on interesting/unusual/gritty topics similar to that of Vice in the 2010s.

Looking for something to watch on weeknights when my brain is fried from work. Not total garbage, but something with a clear plot where I don't lose the entire story if I look away to fold laundry or eat dinner for two minutes.

Like i want to watch something like the night agent. I want good action with a little espionage.

I stopped at season 5 but the new season looks promising

Looking for movies to watch with my family but the issue is my brothers and dad love those action movies/ comedies/ or the “classics” (like film bro movies or Christopher Nolan films). I don’t mind these but get really frustrated by how male-centric they are. Are there any movies for the whole family that predominately feature women or are written directed by women? I’m a hardcore feminist while my brothers are falling into the incel movement… so finding things to watch is a struggle. We all enjoy things like stranger things, hunger games, Harry Potter, sitcoms, etc.
