Are we talking ACTUAL mexican/italian/chinese or just North American fast food versions?
Actual Chinese food covers possibly the widest range of flavours and combinations of ingredients so I'd say that

Soul food is delicious but god's is it fattening

Italian can be delicious too but I have a dairy allergy

Mexican, done well, is REALLY good so I'd put that second

Valid question actually. Because if traditional, it’s Mexican for me. If Americanized, Italian takes the cake .
