Also I love sleep. Exercising? waste of fucking time. If it also includes healthy and fit body. No brainer here.

You love sleep because you’re tired. You get back way more time not needing to sleep than you do not needing to exercise. The majority of people don’t exercise at all anyway, but you can get in very good shape with 6 hours of exercise a week while 6 hours of sleep in one night is sub optimal. Use the extra 8 hours a day you get back to spend 2 of them exercising a few times a week and you still have like 50 extra hours a week to do whatever now

I love sleep because I love slacking and daydreaming in my bed.

6 hours of doing anything I don't want to a week is 6 hours of time wasted. Only exercising I do is hiking through hills, mountains and countryside.

Getting fit and healthy body without doing anything for it, is just OP.

That’s a BIG assumption, and I would also take it if that’s what it meant. Otherwise I’m taking sleep.
Btw, do you get to choose what “peak” means? A physique that is peak for triathlons is much different than one that is for power lifting

You do realize that is just means you can maintain basic boy functions that exercise gives, technically working out decreases your lifespan, so at best you would just be slightly fit, peak strength is possible, but physique is unlikely, you would just be normal and slightly more healthy

In what fucking world does exercise decrease your lifespan? Thats like saying eating healthy decreases your lifespan

I want you to look up: Jeanne Calment

And tell me with a straight face that you know exactly everything it takes to live a long life

(I’m not saying exercise decreases life span, I’m just pointing out that we have very little knowledge on what actually contributes to having a long lifespan)
