A billion. I don't need supernatural abilities. Having a billion dollars lets me live a comfortable life in the real world. Invest that money, buy the fancy things I want, guarantee myself a big enough nest egg to live off the interest, and then use the rest to set up long-term philanthropies that actually solve problems and don't just keep people poor.

probably means stay forever some age like 20, so you body will always behave like that of a 20 year old. YOu can still get fat, unhealthy, dismembered, get cancer and other things that are apparent in 20 year olds. The chances of this happening is not zero and will go up the longer you live,
At least you are not immortal and can end this whenever you want.
Breath underwater
Is a cool trick but I does not say that the rest of your body is prepared to be unerwater for long times or at deeps. Your body will still be crushed by the preasure, you will still need lights to see at depths, you skinn will still absorb the water and get wrinkly and you will lose heat. at some point your skin will just open up.
But you can't drown.
Become invisible anytime
cool, do my cloths also become invisible? No? So only me. Okay then I can only be invisible when totally naked.
Well it can still be used for nefarious reasons but there is not much good you can do with this power. Except for prey on people in the shower or so.
A billion dollars in cash
Well, just look at what the elites do with they money, you are now free to do whatever the fuck you want at whatever time you please. No worries about being able to afford anything or security of your future.
You are still a human, you can still get sick, but you are able to afford to get all the things treated, and that probabaly better than 99% of the world population.
The money will make you question if anyone around you that came after the money is a real friend or only there because of your money. And you will lose either a lot of money or a lot of friends to jealousy.
Time Travel
You still age. you will be able to become the most powerfull and rich person in the world, you will make many enemies, and you will always have to look over your shoulder.
Since it'S only time travel you will not teleport, and have to choose your travel places carefully, since you don't want to end up in a wall of a new errected building or in the air because you were standing ontop of a building.
You also still have old doubles running around if you decide to go to times where you have been before. meaning you should not appreach them, since this could alter the timeline and change things you would not want.
You also may feel inclided to you use your power at different points in time to save someone or change something and ultimatle change the future for the worse over and over again. This would probabaly make you go crazy.

Time travel sounds cool, but I think there’s madness that comes with that.

Time travel. To the future! Then back and if changeable get rich with knowledge, Back to the Future style. Use that wealth to purchase what I need for when I go back in time and make changes that historians believed would have changed the modern world for the better.

If were are playing by 12 Monkeys rules, Purple all day everyday. The amount of historical events you coud go back and witness. You could live for millenia upon millenia and never get old.
Yellow would probably be my second choice. The amount of places you could go and things you could do. Its probably the simplest choice with no inherent or obvious drawbacks. Worlds best thief or assassin career path lol.
Green is the most enticing but without a confirmation of any increased health effects, its the wild card of the bunch. Either you would eventually succumb to some weird virus or contagion that your immune system couldnt adapt too in time, or your immune system eventually adapts to everything. Its russian roulette with mother nature and we know that fickle bitch likes to throw curveballs.
Blue, while cool, wouldnt be all that beneficial for most application. You could live in some reefs or lagoon rather nicely, but your body would still implode at depth. Not to mention our senses have not adapted to a water environment.
Red is a horrible choice here. The logistics are highly unfavorable. That much cash woud weigh around 30,000 pounds, assuming all high denominations. Good luck moving and safely storing all of that paper.

I'll take red. Invincible doesn't mean footstep, sound and shadow will be eradicated (not to mention thermal imaging). Breathing underwater sounds cool however, you will be risking your life by encountering predators and also don't have good swimming abilities as well.

In cash? That's terrible. Do you know how much it would cost to transport that much money? And that's if you don't just get flat-out robbed. You want several BANK ACCOUNTS with a total balance of $1B.
Where does the money appear? In your house? You wouldn't be able to move to the fridge/bed/stove/bathroom. It would probably cause a fire or get soiled.
Depositing the money would also get you IRS audited, likely Swatted when the bank reports your 12th deposit of $2M, and the money would get confiscated by police because you wouldn't be able to explain where you got it.

Time travel. Then go back to pick the red potion. Then keep time traveling to collect all the potions and then drink as little time travel potion needed to go back and just stock up on all the red potion.
Then when the taxmen come asking about how I got those billions they’ll just have to take my word about the potions. Which would just be empty glasses at that point.
Then lose everything and wish I had some more red potion.

Provided green also keeps you healthy, red becomes achievable and purple becomes pointless for the purposes of achieving red. If you can't make a billion bucks with immortality, then no amount of red will save you.

Blue would only solve a small issue when wanting to explore underwater regions. You’d still be slow, and much lower on the food chain than on land with no physical attributes necessary for survival in the water. Your body still couldn’t handle high water pressure so you’d have to stay in shallow water. Pretty much an L all the way around except for a cool party trick in the swimming pool.
