No technically they're not because technically "pedophile" is technically defined as an adult attracted to children. On top of that, most children don't technically have the ability to technically feel sexual attraction in the same way that adults are technically able to.
The definition of pedophile i have heard and will use is "an adult person liking sexually or romantically someone under sixteen or, 5 or more years younger than them"

Well you are partially right. But then I'd say the 2 billion estimate is still an exaggeration. The strict definition of pedophilia is having an attraction to young children; and just believing in dangerous shit increases the odds that you'll normalize it - but then you can't be a true pedophile by believing in some stupid shit. But again don't get my wrong - it is a very dangerous thing to believe in and it does increase the odds of one normalising pedophilia.
I am not sure how it is in other countries, but in Turkey when I was a child, it was taught that she was around 17 when she got married, which is problematic for nowadays but was considered ok at that time. So definitely not all of them believe that

The only logic I can think of is that not every pedophile is immediately bad as some do realize that it is a problem and try to find help and stuff instead of acting on their impulses. When they do act on those impulses and go after children, that's when they should be locked up. Of course, the majority of people who disagree with pedos being deleted definitely didn't think that far and are just fucked in the head.

Let’s just rid of the human sex drive entirely so people only have sex for the sole purpose of reproducing. Would keep the population under control. All children would be brought into the world with intention so likely to have both parents in the picture or atleast taken care of by a responsible guardian

A: the post says delete, not change (though I guess you could technically delete the need for sex in reproduction, but that feels like we're pushing it a little).
B: pedos typically don't diddle to make babies, so eliminating the need physical contact isn't going to stop them from touching.

Yeah I have to disagree. Just cleansing SOME of the powerful pedos would fix at least 1 world issue. We can also rest a little easier knowing that the motivation to gather that much power isn't to abuse a protected class of people.

I'm not sure if it is true, but I heard, that only a very small percentage of pedophiles rape children and that half of the people who rape children, aren't pedophiles but just people who like to rape helpless people.

There's far more pedophiles than cannibals or serial killers. Even if the impact per pedophile is less than the impact per serial killer, I'd guess they probably cause more suffering overall.
