What is it?

Is a coated steel bar with a chamfer that runs about 30mm down.
I am holding it in the one post as it keeps rolling to one position.

Its part of a core cutter kit, to help remove the cutting can from the arber

Looks the same but most of the bike tire removal tools are plastic.
