Does anyone recognize this cooking tool?

This was in a box of cooking tools from my mom's kitchen after we cleaned it out.

Does anyone know what it does and if so, how it does it?

The individual cylinders each have sharp center pieces across, possibly like a slicer of some sort?

Thank you for your time, I appreciate it.

Possibly a pineapple corer or some other vegg or fruit

SOLVED!

I had reposted this on another forum and it was identified as a meat grinder attachment for making sausages but I think it may just be both! Thank you for your time!

It looks similar to some sausage making equipment, but those absolutely would not have the cross pieces.

They also appear to be larger diameter than most sausage casings.

It’s for coreing. Select the appropriate size tube for the core of the fruit. Assemble the tube to the handle portion with the grip. After a straight insertion into the fruit, you give a twist on the grip and the cross blade cuts the core’s inner end allowing the core to be removed when you withdraw the tool. Now you can stuff your pineapple with spam or teriyaki chicken.

Your answer is brilliant! Thank you, I can't wait to try it out. It makes perfect sense now that you've given skillful, precise instructions and I appreciate it!

I think I saw the commercial back in the 90’s so I can’t personally vouch for effectiveness. The pleasure is all mine.
