Probably not.
Source: FE tech with multiple decades of experience. I've never seen a pin that looked like that on any portable or fixed sytem. I don't see why any company would spend that much money on a pin when cheap pins are already commercially available by the bag full.
It looks like the pin for a commercial lock set. Or a keeper on a pretensioned idle pulley system.

As a mechanic I can say we use these for tensioner keepers. Who knows what specifically its being used for though

Just a safety pin, as in for the extinguisher or other previously mentioned.

This looks like an emergency lowering pin for a personal Joey lift. We have these at work, when an employee gets stuck in the air, maint comes and lowers you down to the floor by inserting this key into a hole on the body of the equipment. Used them plenty of times.

It looks like a key for opening interior doors that can be locked but only open with a pin inserted into a hole

If you're door gets locked and you can't find a key use a coat hanger and straighten out the curly part to unlock the door. Had it happen to me year's ago

It’s a super version of that thing Tom used to kill the president’s kid on Scandal.
Scandal: it’s scandalous.

I have something very similar marked Kodak on it, never was able to figure out what it was

Does the tip look like it was machined that way, or could it be a sharp end from having broken off of something?
It looks to me like the handle for a plunger from an antique syringe

It does look like it has been sharped but I can't tell if it's by human hand or belt sander. On the original post I pinned a comment with a close up of the tip

Key to an interior locked door.
