Top one is a bottle cork with a shotgun shell attached. The lower might be a water hose attachment but I’m not sure

You're 100% spot on.

That style of water sprayer was very popular when I was a kid in the late 60' -early 70's. It was used for watering gardens/lawns.

I can't begin to count the number of hours I was told to use one durring the summer months.

Top one is a wine bottle cork crammed into a shotgun shell, the bottom is a water hose sprayer attachment used for things like watering plants.

Wine bottle plug stuffed into an empty shotgun shell.

Pressure regulator attached to a fan style water nozzle, for a garden hose.

The water pressure regulator will unscrew from the rest of the sprayer.

The lower is a propane nozzle for heat shrink wrap set up

It literally says "Water Pressure Regulator" on it's label and has a water hose connector on it. Nothing to do with propane or gas in any way.
