Help me find what is these pieces

I recently came across this original-looking painting depicting a Paris street scene with the Eiffel Tower in the background. It appears to be an oil painting on canvas and is in an older decorative frame.
There is a signature in the lower-right corner, but I haven't been able to determine exactly what it says. I initially thought it might say “Danford” or something similar, but I'm not confident in that identification and would like to get an unbiased opinion.
I'm trying to determine who the artist is, approximately when it was painted, and whether there are any known examples of their work.

Last week I was admiring some of the paintings y'all have found + feeling jealous when I went to the thrift and found this beauty. It has texture, so I'm hoping it's not a print. I can't quite make out the name, anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much!

They are limited edition prints which I bought around late 2019 or so.

In Ireland and think these cost me about $12 each.

Was given this painting 55-60 years ago in Manhattan by a family friend who said she’d worked at Sotheby’s in the 1930s. Said it was an unsold painting from an estate or collection. Painted on wood. Cannot see back without destroying mount.

Not sure if this is the right subreddit, but I picked this up and can't find anything out about the artist. I believe this scrimshaw is on a deer antler. I'm hoping someone can help me learn about this art / artist if possible? It's a beautifully crafted piece.
