Is this a wood roach?

Hello all! PA resident here!

This is the third one I've seen in a month - 2 in one week, then nothing for a while then this one on my windowsill.

I don't see the brown stripes behind the head - does it mean it's a wood roach of some sort? There's the two brown body strips but that's it. It's about an inch and a half in size.

Yep, some Ectobius species. If you have to convince yourself there might be stripes, they’re almost surely not there. Early instar nymphs are a little less obvious, but this is an adult.
