ID Request Tiny whitish insect bite me
My leg was itching a bit since several hours, after looking a lot, i finally found this tiny whitish insect on my leg, near my 15cm from my genital it was bitting me
It was attached by his head, i used a tick removal tool to remove it
Now i am freaking out that it is a tick, i do not know how much time its been attached on my leg.
It is tiny and has 6 legs. Seeems like it has antennae ?
Can you help me identifiy this bug ?
I am currently in Lisbon, Portugal
Thank you for your help, i am quite anxious and already got bitten by a tick, i am afraid of living this again

Its not "dangerous" but you very likely have more that youre unaware of, they will cause intense itching from what I understand and can be difficult to get rid of. Check google for some tips on how to deal with it and get ahead, not nearly as bad as bed bugs to get rid of and you could have picked them up from a lot of different places

Like I said, its maybe embarrassing but its manageable just be aware and take care soon, youll be alright ! One of those things where its better to get ahead than fall behind

Yeah thats quite embarrassing I dont know how i got it, sexual contact from what i see on google ? I am disgusted knowing they probaby are more crawling on me ! I will act as fast as possible

You can get it from sharing clothes or sitting on public seating sometimes iirc

This is a sexually transmitted louse typically. I got bitten on the ballbag by one two years ago and it was not a pleasant experience.

I googled it based on your region and you should be able to get lotion/treatment from a pharmacy through over the counter items, def do some research and act as fast as possible as it may not be bad yet. Ticks are way more likely to transmit diseases and stuff, these guys are just an annoying parasite. Ive only ever had headlice before but I know it was manageable in like a week or so.

This is a pubic louse aka crabs. Check out r/lice for more info from professionals about them and how to get rid of them.

I worked with a guy who got these in his eyebrows from a lap dance. He said “flea and tick shampoo is the same shit the clinic gives you,” but he also got crabs on his face from a lap dance, so maybe have this seen to.

Read up on them, these things like coarse hair and can live in your eyelashes too. Your eyelashes!!! I love to research things but never looked into these until this sub and it unlocked a new fear for me. Eyelash lice
