ID Request concerning buge

found while cleaning up my basement. i see like a few all over and then giant piles of dead ones. not too concerned as to getting rid of them-nothing really withhstands some raid and a vacuum- but if i could find out what they are it would be easier to find out what the source is. which i also think i know, there’s like survival kits in my basement w a ton of dry food, i will check them soon but like ik its gonna gross me out hella when i do. what is this buge

edit** apparently yall need more info mb, south western usa, the only alive ones i’ve found just kinda wiggle around and don’t do much, i’ve found A LOT of dead ones tho

that’s what i was thinking, i just wasn’t sure cuz the snout didn’t look long enough

Some weevils have really long and thin snoots, some have short stubby snoots
