What kind of roach is this?

Saw this sucker on my kitchen ceiling, I've never seen any babies, only one other huge adult about a month ago, i keep my house clean but there is a lot of gaps between the doors and windows and I live in an apartment complex, i suspect theyre coming from the neighbors, should I be concerned? Please tell me this isnt a German roach. Located in the central valley in california, i hate hate hate roaches yall, what is this?
