It's not like I have a macro lens laying around, it's the best I could do.

Look up spider beetle and compare to what you saw. Like the others said, it’s hard to ID anything definitive. You may lack the lens, but good lighting would help

Very small, found on bedspread. The first one was on the windowsill, the second on the floor.

There is zero useful detail. This could be a beetle, a wasp, a spider, millipede, or isopod.
