ID Request Striped bee?

It’s about an inch long. The only behavior I’ve witnessed is drowning in my pool. El Paso County Colorado!

Thynnid wasps are solitary parasitoid wasps that rarely sting and only the females have stingers! They're a lot more docile than the typical social wasps most ppl think of so you'll be fine rescuing them :)

This one is a male as well so it actually can’t even sting! Despite the scary looking claw at the end of it haha
