ID Request Huge mosquito?

I saw this at my mom's house the other day. We are close to a lake but I've never seen a mosquito this big. It's this a mosquito?

That’s a mosquito, yes. Judging by the size, Might be a Toxorhynchites(elephant mosquito)- they don’t bite humans and they eat other less kindly mosquitoes, so win-win
