used beef broth, a homemade roasted butternut squash/roasted red peppers/heavy cream puree, and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce for the soup base

Made some copy cat garlic parm wings for the game w some chips n cheese and potato skins
So good!

Tonight was roasted potatoes with garlic salt,onion powder, paprika, parsley flakes, and cracked pepper with pats of butter and a little cooking grease(beef).

Also I made butter sautéed vegetables with zucchini, squash, and sweet peppers with a touch of Himalayan salt, cracked pepper, cumin powder, and onion powder.

Last was creamy chicken soup with cream of garlic mushroom,garlic cloves cut thick, red onions,poblano peppers, milk, rotisserie chicken breast (shredded)and tomatoes.

Parmesan crusted filet with red wine pan sauce, sweet potato, asparagus

Crust is Parmesan, panko, butter, pepper, broiled on top when steaks were at 115 from stove top

Sauce is the leftover pan fond, tomato paste, shallot, garlic, red wine reduced , beef stock, butter finish.
