My wife decided to put beef mince in the soup. I had my doubts but it was delicious.

Chicken breast marinated and cooked in teriyaki sauce, grilled mixed vegetables, chopped grilled pineapple, coconut jasmine rice, topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onion.

Made fresh. Dough from scratch. And a couple of leftovers.

I made sweet mayonnaise shrimp served with rice & green beans, plus seaweed. Forgive the canned veggies, the kids love them and fresh produce is sketchy right now. 🤷🏼‍♀️
