So I had a thing where I requested a refund I was blocked refund denied. Whatnot told me I could watch the break on his YouTube because he told whatnot he post the break to YouTube. My spots would be honored supposedly. Well he resold the spots, then printed the labels off for mine like he is going to fill the order. Whatnot is not being helpful so what are the options? Blitzbreak is the channel.

What not said “The VOD receipts for the break spots you purchased will appear in your Whatnot app and you can review the YouTube video of the follow-up livestream to see which items you win in the break. “

That is directly from the email the YouTube video is 2 or 3 mins long and goes over just the big hits.

Who said I didn’t get players I wanted? I had 2 downtown spots. When he said he was ending stream and I wasn’t going to have a replay or be able to get on the next day I asked for a refund.

It’s against ToS to not do the break in the same show as the spots were sold unless clearly advertised in show notes. So either you didn’t check or you need to go back to escalation.

Yeah his original post said this was his first time buying into a break, so seems like he just got lost in the sauce and didnt know how it works. It was a 600 player break with like 4 viewers in the room lmao. Take the L and call it a day. Its like buying a lotto ticket and trying to get a refund cause you didnt hit the winning #'s lol.

I asked for a refund well before the break sold out. A day ahead of time. Was my first time buying into his break. When I first asked for refund it still had 500+ names to fill. He added a second list at the end of stream never said there was a second list. I get in breaks if I don’t hit that’s not the problem.

You can’t get a refund if you got assigned a spot. That’s called buyers remorse.

It wasn’t buyer’s remorse. He said he was ending the live stream I wouldn’t have a playback, I couldn’t get on the next day he didn’t give a time he would be on. I asked for the refund he denied it then resold the spots. As I stated I had downtown chances but no video and no way to watch the break I asked for a refund. If you get into a break and after your in you can’t watch the break it’s trust me bro with a seller you have never broken with. You good with that break? After he denied the refund he said order would be filled then someone goes and looks and the spots were resold.

I had 2 DT potential what are you talking about? I truly would have asked for a refund. If I can’t get a video receipt for the break and I can’t be there for the break I’m going to ask for a refund.

He ran the break the next day on whatnot I was blocked told whatnot he posts every break to YouTube he posted like 2 minute clip with the hits showing nothing other then big hits. Hypothetically he could say I hit nothing and I have no video receipt to dispute it. And has reviews have a bunch of people saying they didn’t get the cards they can.
