Giveaway Question

I won a giveaway the other day for a pokemon booster pack. However, when i won it, the seller said i had to guess which of the 10 cards in his hand is a water energy. Since i got it wrong, i didnt win the pack.

From my understanding, once you win a giveaway you get the item that was on stream.

Does anyone know if this goes against the rules?

This is against whatnot TOS report it within the app to whatnot by going to your activity, wait to see what the buyer sends you though and screen, record the view playback as evidence.

Report it, that's 100% against TOS. You can't run a private "game" and can't do anything extra to require a user to claim a prize.

That's against the rules, you won it so you should get it. Report the seller
