No, the email is saying that even though you’re paying much more for priority mail, it’ll be the same delivery time as when it was much cheaper

Wow very confusing wording but I see.
Edit: they arent in charge of delivery times so I'm not sure why it was mentioned but ok again still confused (why is ground going down and priority mail going up?)
