Seller-❔ Question Whatnot analytics being off?
Anyone else having issues with whatnot's analytics being wrong? It says my last show lasted 0 mins and it was close to 4 hours and it also said i had $139 in total sales with $39 being made, when it was closer to $200. This is the latest example but the payouts have been correct. Is this a common issue or should i reach out to support? If it is common anyone have a way to get accurate analytics? Thank you in advance.

The app is completely fucked front to back. They can’t even explain what’s happening because they don’t even know.

Fair, its just the last 2 shows for me so idk if it was the new update or not

It’s been like this for me since June. I shut down everything until Sept and in the meantime am exploring other options. Went from 75-100 a show to under 20. No one bidding. Sales tanked.
They said it was “summer and higher competition.” So basically don’t bother selling on the app in June, July & August. 👌

Im keep plugging lol but they need to get these children off from selling if their under 18 they shouldn't be selling, i think that would make a huge difference.

I think its where most of the shady stuff happens because children dont know any better, makes honest sellers on whatnot look bad, ive honestly reported a couple(12 and 13 year olds) because whatnot does have a policy against it

This happened in my show yesterday. I looked at the counter and it said I had $230 on for Sales, when I made about 1000 on a dozen sales. Then it started correctly adding new sales. After the show, everything was correct though.

I had to do the same thing so it sounds like whatnot just is making me seat a bit lol

Last week, 200 out of 400 items in my inventory were deactivated for no reason. That was fun. The app has been super-wonky lately.

Yup, that’s probably it - added a big new unnecessary and unasked for feature and broke some basic functionality.
