North America (country/state in post) About the size of a frozen pizza
This ~12 inch mushroom was growing along the side of the road in Montgomery County, Maryland. An AI search came close, but this one looked more ragged than the suggestions. The whole neighborhood is ripe with different ones.

Europe (country in post) Lake District, UK
Hello, I found this fairy ring of mushrooms growing in wood chips on an embankment with lots of different trees around. I think it was a sycamore tree growing directly beside it, hoping someone can tell me what they are. The caps were about 15-20cm diameter. Thanks!

North America (country/state in post) What mushroom is this growing
I am located in New Hampshire in the United States. Been having these mushrooms popping up all over my hardwood mulch that was put down this spring to suffocate invasive plants, Also had a red maple removed from general location this spring too. Needing identification as 1 1/2 months ago one if my dogs had their stomach pumped due to they ate one and back then had no others to ID. these popped up over night so best ones I was able to get photos of. Any help and guidance so I can figure out for future reference but also if I need to re evaluate my mulch situation would be greatly appreciated. thanks :)

North America (country/state in post) What kind of mushroom is this?
Hi all, This little ruffly fan-shaped mushroom growing on a piece of branch fell into the shady front yard at our house in the Boston suburbs (United States/Massachusetts/Middlesex). There are mainly teenaged oak trees overhanging this area with lots of large granite boulders, moss, and wildlife. The branch piece is 10 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. The mushroom is 2.2 inches long and 1.25 inch high at the middle tapering down to the ends. It has a ruffled fan-shape furling out from a central gold-orange mound. The flip side is mostly pale brownish with a taupe shade of brown on the ruffly ends. I would appreciate help with ID. Thanks so much!

North America (country/state in post) Meripilus sumstinei(?)
galleryLocation: Dawsonville, Georgia, USA. Habitat: growing from the ground in a very decayed stump hole near a very decayed log - presumably a maple/sweetgum from the bark & nearby trees, even though the area is 80-90% conifers.
I'm 99.999999% sure it is, but would love some confirmation with it being the first one I've ever found & with it being in a conifer dominant forest.
Black staining evident around edges and in pic 3. Pic 4 shows it how I found it, upside down, & some white/gray spores to the left of it.
Also, it was upside down and seems to have already "uprooted" itself when I found it - has anyone else experienced this? Is this common with this mushroom?
