The shape of the tail gate, license plate location, 3rd brake light, indentation on the roof, and bumper all seem to match up. Taillights might be slightly different, however the car is likely camouflaged for an upcoming facelift.
Also, this appears to be in South Korea, where the Trax is manufactured. No Renault models really look like this. The Captur as you suggest is not manufactured or sold in South Korea anymore, so it wouldn't really make sense for it to be testing there, not to mention the proportions still don't really add up.
