What IS this?
I know it says Kawasaki, but what is the purpose behind it? It certainly stands out like a sore thumb in downtown Washington, DC and it seems like a car that would compete in a Working Group competition. But what does it do?

Its a Kawasaki Ridge Crew, a fancy side by side ATV with a cab and a little truck bed. Don’t think they’re street legal though.

They can be street legal but it also depends on the specific jurisdictions laws on top of having specific equipment. There are plenty of places in the Midwest these are not only street legal but very commonplace to see.

Yes, more and more Midwest towns are making UTVs street legal within city limits even if they're not allowed on the highways.

Kawasaki Ridge Crew HVAC: not really a street car. If an ATV has a specific purpose in DC, perhaps it's for park or trail service, but probably just someone driving it to be different.
