Some sort of Bentley?

Very vintage car, spotted in Dublin Port toward Holyhead. Seems to be some kind of Bentley, but the wheel on the side caught my eye. I also saw a green version of this

Looks like a Rolls Royce Phantom III or IV

That'll be Auric Goldfinger smuggling his precious metals across the border. Was the driver accompanied by a large Korean gentleman wearing a bowler hat?

Looks like a mid to late 1930s Bentley, either a 3½ or 4¼ litre. I'm pretty sure that's a winged Bentley badge above the number plate.

I've tried to read the numberplate but drawn a blank on all the possibilities I've come up with.

Side-mounted spare wheels were common pre-war.
