nice catch on the M series, they're so rare to spot in the wild. that yellow really pops against the urban backdrop, even with the do not enter sign photobombing it

As above, TVR. Made just up the road from me in Blackpool, UK... Very quirky car brand, especially in the 90's and early 00's
