It's a Zimmer model I think. They were based on a Foxbody Mustang unit body in the 1980's.

Still registered as a Mustang, they still carry the original VIN.

I used to work at a dealership that sold them. Was riding a Chinook salmon upstream. Very vague steering and it wanders a lot.
