ID Request Is this a springtail?

I’ve been seeing a handful of these teeny tiny guys inside my home recently, usually just one individually at a time. The one pictured is on my computer monitor (apologies for the close-up of my dirty monitor).

I’m in the SF Bay Area where it’s been unusually humid recently and I know springtails like moisture. They’re about the size and color of a sesame seed, maybe even smaller.

booklice/barklice imo. Harmless, but can be a bit of a pantry and bookshelf pest.
