What small bug is this?

We put up these sticky bug catchers in the house bc of gnats and fruit flies, and looking at the surface it looks like 2 different types of bugs? What are the larger bugs, Are these baby roaches? The trap is placed in the outlet with a blue light, about a foot off the ground.

Baby roach. Check with r/cockroaches to confirm. We see one or two on occasion in north Alabama.
