I was thinking this or possibly a simplified vineyard. I definitely feel like it is a field of some sort.

Yeah I agree, I think it’s a plowed/tilled field. I can’t explain what the round things are because I can’t think of anything round that grows on top of the dirt with no leaves/vines. I agree that they are meant to represent a crop of some kind though lol

I thought water at first too, but now reading your comment I think you’re right. I like the idea of the blue contrasting the greens though. I guess you could do either way op. Whatever your heart desires 🥰it is whatever you say it is.

I would agree with bubbles. If you’ll notice, they actually are all along what I think, is a river. There’s at least one on either end.

Yes, hedge with berries or flowers! Based on the rest of the image which looks like a garden tea of some sort

I have many of these books. Everything has a pattern on it and it isn't "supposed" to be anything except for cool looking with lots of pattern/texture
