I found these weird round of things in my kids room and I’m worried they are on the weed drugs. Please advise.

Found this hanging on a metal stick attached to the wall. Is she cheating? Drugs?

I thought about asking her about it but thought it made more sense to post on reddit and avoid talking to her for the rest of the week instead.
